Where are the workshops held?

They can be delivered face-to-face, online or as a blend of each.

Whatever best suits you.

I also run customised training for companies overseas, either online or in-person.

How long is a digital content writing workshop?

Workshop lengths and schedules are made-to-measure too.

The amount of time required will depend on the number of topics you want to cover.  Some popular formats are:

  • Face-to-face: Usually one full day (5-7hrs) or split over two half days.
  • Online (Zoom, MS Teams, etc): Usually over two or more sessions (2 – 4hrs each)
  • Blend: One half day in-person and then follow half-day session online

Other clients prefer to run training over a longer period. For example:

  • 3-hour sessions over 3 weeks (9hrs total)
  • 2-hour sessions over 4 weeks (8hrs total)

I can take your through all the options and benefits of each.

How many people can attend a workshop?

I’ve run customised content writing workshops for as few as five people, and as many as 50.

Today, I recommend a maximum of 15 people, so I can give each person individual attention.

If you have more people to train, please ask me about a special rate for an extra workshop.

Some bigger clients like to runs sessions by business areas or departments.

For example, marketing and sales in one session, legal and policy in another, etc.

Then we can tailor the content even further for a specific group within your organisation.

I come to your workplace and deliver your workshop to your team in a full day or over two half days.

I’ll bring

The day before, I send you the PDF workbook for all participants. They can complete exercises in this book and keep it for the future.

The workbook contains 90+ pages of in-depth digital copywriting tips, techniques and templates.

While based in Sydney, I regularly travel to workplaces and other venues around Australia and the world to conduct training (travel expenses apply).

How does online training work?

Every online workshop is conducted in real time.

I can deliver the training on MS Teams, Zoom or any other platform your organisation prefers.

If I’m booking the online classroom, I’ll send you an invite link for access to pass on to participants. Or I can send it out to everyone.

Over the past three years I’ve run scores of group and private workshops, so I understand what’s keeps participants inspired, engaged and excited to learn.

What does my team need for online training?

Just a computer with a microphone and webcam.

They login a few minutes before start time to check their cameras and microphones are working.

How much do workshops cost?

Your course is custom created for your specific needs. This means some clients require more preparation time than others.

As a guide, the total training fee for 15 people is usually between $3500 and $4500 + GST for a fully customised full-day/two half days training.

Far more beneficial, engaging and cost-effective than if you sent the same number of people to an all-day public course that offers no customised content, exercises or focus.
