Trevor Franz

Read Bio

Trevor has over 21 years’ equity capital markets (ECM) experience, most recently as Head of Equity Syndicate at CBA and Head of Capital Markets at Commsec. Prior to CBA, Trevor was an ECM director for UBS in London and Sydney.

Trevor graduated from the University of Natal with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics Major) and has a degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Trevor has extensive relationships with the Australian market across both the institutional and retail investor base. In addition, Trevor has executed and advised on numerous public offerings globally.

Jonas Fitzgerald

Jonas has over 20 years of experience in Equity Sales, most recently as Head of Emerging Company sales at Credit Suisse. Before joining Credit Suisse, Jonas held senior equity sales positions at CBA Equities, Deutsche Bank and UBS in Sydney and London.

Jonas has deep buy-side relationships across the Australian investor base and covers New Zealand and Asian investors. He has strong experience in marketing primary and secondary ECM deals and managing investor roadshows.

With his many years of experience servicing institutional investors, Jonas has a solid understanding of the business fundamentals and strategy communication sought after by the market.
